The kitchen area is outfitted with state of the art equipment less than 4 years old. Just off the kitchen area you'll find the dishwashing station as well as another prep area used for salads and desserts. A large walk-in cooler is also located just off this room. For convenience there is also office space, equipped with a fax machine, for paperwork and banquet planning.
